The Villa

The Villa is composed of the Manor House and the Dependence. The two units are connected by a beautiful veranda that also provides access to the gardens on both sides of the Villa.

Elegantly furnished, with careful attention to detail and comfort in every room, the Villa offers a warm, refined and charming atmosphere.

Poderi La Rocchetta is ideal for hosting up to 14 guests seeking privacy and a relaxed environment, yet it is also perfectly suited to smaller groups.

Our villa is the ideal place for hosting groups of friends or large families. We pay special attention to the needs of our favourite guests: the little ones. You will find plenty of toys and activities for them, as well as baby cots, highchairs, and children’s tableware, so you can travel lighter and relax more.

On request, it is possible to rent only the Manor House (up to 8 guests).

The Ground Floor

On the ground floor of the Villa, you will find the living area and a spacious, light-filled dining room that opens onto the sunniest porch of the house overlooking the gardens.

Our large, fully equipped kitchen offers direct access to another porch of the house, featuring a long dining table, a built-in barbecue, and a relaxing lounge area.

From this porch, you can enjoy the views of the gardens, the hills and breathtaking sunsets.

Also on this floor are a guest bathroom with laundry amenities, as well as an office with a desk and high-speed wired internet connection.

On the main floor of the Dependence, there is a cosy living room designed especially for children, with toys, a large sofa, a smart TV, and a beautiful view overlooking the olive grove.

The Rooms

Each bedroom is uniquely furnished with its own character, yet all share the same comforts: king-size beds, high-quality linen and cotton bedding, independent air conditioning and heating, spacious wardrobes, and bright windows with blackout shutters.

The Manor House has three double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed, each with its own private bathroom.

The Dependence features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

Gardens and Pool

The Villa’s gardens stretch over about 20,000 square meters. Meticulously cared for, amongst centuries-old trees, fruit trees, flowers and climbing greeneries, it’s a magic place to unwind,
let children run freely, and simply soak up the beauty all around you.

In the gardens, you will also find a bocce court, a hammock, and a small soccer field.

From here, you can walk into our olive grove, which extends over more than 20 hectares. Follow the path to the top of the hill and enjoy the wide, open view of the Lake.

Our chlorine-free infinity pool features both a deeper section and a shallow area, where
children can play safely and freely. The sunbathing area is wide and inviting, with comfortable cushioned loungers, umbrellas, and a charming pergola draped in vine leaves.

From here, you can admire some of the most beautiful sunsets this area has to offer.
