The Residence is composed of the Manor House and the Outbuilding. The two parts are connected thanks to a large, well-lit veranda, where you will be given a personal Welcome. Elegantly furnished with careful attention to detail and guaranteed comfort in every room, it is ideal for giving hospitality to up to twelve guests, but it is also perfect for welcoming less numerous groups.
On the ground floor of the Villa, you will find the living area and the spacious, bright dining-room which leads to the sunniest porch in the villa. Here you can find the kitchen which is completely equipped with modern home appliances, and everything needed to cook and to set the table. Still on the ground floor, is the service bathroom with a washing-machine and dryer, and also the office with a desk and fast cable internet connection.
The Manor House has three double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed. The Outbuilding has another two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has distinct furnishings, each different from the other, but all with the same comforts: king size beds, high quality linen and cotton bedding, private bathrooms, independent air-conditioning and heating, large wardrobes, and bright windows with blackout shutters.
Relax while admiring the surrounding nature, reading a newspaper, or drinking a cup of coffee. In the mid-seasons you can keep warm in the warmth of the porch adjacent to the dining-room. In summer, enjoy the fresh breeze under the climbing greenery which envelops the kitchen porch. There is a large dining table, a wood-burning barbeque and relaxation area surrounded by greenery.
The Park is completely fenced. Majestic firs, centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees, rare plants, and Mediterranean vegetation, will cheer up your walks. In the well-kept garden around the Villa there is a table-tennis table, a bowling green, and a five-a-side football pitch for your amusement.
In summer plunge into our large swimming-pool that has two depths for adults and children, and which also has no chlorine. Enjoy yourselves and relax around the pool until evening, admiring the sun setting behind the hills around the valley full of olive trees and vines. Sunbeds, bath sheets, beach umbrellas, table, chairs, and gazebo are at your disposal to allow you to enjoy the pool at any moment of the day.
