Where we are

The Residence is surrounded by an estate which extends from the Upper Garda Park to the Valtenesi. A really, privileged position, which merges the quiet and peacefulness of the area to the picturesque towns of Lake Garda. It is in fact possible to reach Salò, San Felice, Puegnago, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, golf courses and tennis courts and a lot more in a few minutes by car.

Who we are

Poderi La Rocchetta has belonged to our family for three generations. Poderi La Rocchetta for us has always been synonymous to happy memories.

My name is Giulia and in 2020 I decided to open this magic place for our guests. Today with immense joy I personally manage this activity and it’s something I’m passionately dedicated to, and my commitment is for you too to create unforgettable memories here together with your friends and families.

Wow! The villa is amazing. A perfect place when exploring Lago di Garda.

A huge house equiped with every thing one can drem on and very clean, a giant yard with big swimming pool, football yard and other games. We were a family of 10+baby, 3 generation, had a lot of space for been together and seperate in and out. We enjoyed the place for 6 days very much and would like to come again.

It can’t get better than that... perfect place, wonderful house, fantastic garden (!!!) and the friendliest hosts you can imagine. Thanks very much for letting us stay there! We certainly come again.

Eine sehr schöne Villa, der Empfang durch Giulia war sehr herzlich, es wurden uns Getränke angeboten, wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Der Garten und der Pool war ein Traum, es war ein sehr , sehr schöner Urlaub, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Poderi La Rocchetta is a hidden gem close to the City of Salò but in the middle of nature and peaceful silence. Giulia was a wonderful host!

The house, grounds and pool were all stunning, couldn’t ask for more. Good location to explore Lake Garda area. Giulia was a very good host, easy to communicate with and so helpful. The house was easily big enough to accommodate our family of 13 with 5 children under five. The property surpassed our expectations from the details given. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Wunderbare Lage des Anwesens, sehr gepflegt und gut betreut! Idealer Ort für absolute Entspannung, ideal für Familien! Pool, Bocciabahn, Fußballplatz…. Wird kommen wieder!

Exquisitely restored villa. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, great pool and beautiful grounds. Quiet , private but not too far from lake Garda and it’s sights. Giulia was very responsive and helpful . I hope we can come back sometime!

Our group of nine loved everything about this property. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained, and we used the pool every day. The kitchen was very modern and well appointed and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. With a organic winery and a great olive oil producer on the same road, and easy access to local markets and restaurants the location couldn’t have been better. It is also a very peaceful environment, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee of afternoon aperitivo relaxing and taking in the great views and sounds of church bells from the nearby towns.

Villa privata con piscina attrezzata con numerosi servizi quali campetto da calcio, ping pong e bocce. Immersa nella natura in una posizione isolata, lontana da qualsiasi tipo di rumore ma allo stesso tempo vicina a qualsiasi tipo di necessità. Giulia si è mostrata a tutti gli effetti una super padrona di casa. Consigliatissima!

Una casa incredibile e molto piacevole con un magnifico parco e piscina. Giulia è così bella e disponibile, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e ci manca già molto il posto. Il posto è altamente raccomandato, tutto era perfetto.

Our stay was really great! Very nicely maintained property, optimal comfort, huge play area for the children, spacious pool, very cozy outdoor terrace with fireplace that allows outdoor living even during a rainy day, ... We were a group of 3 families (6 kids and 6 adults). A place we highly recommend! The hostess Giulia is also very attentive, smooth communication, always at your service. In short, for us a top experience!

Give yourself a treat with the perfect holiday home experience. Staying at Giulia's house was a wonderful experience for us all (3 families travelling together with a total of 4 kids and 2 infants). The house has all amenities, the property is gigantic and so is the garden (think of bringing a drone with you to track your monkeys on the property), it's fenced all around and if you allow yourself a short walk uphill within the olive trees, you'd also have a nice view of the Lake. The pool is also suprisingly large and has one side where 1.1m kids can stand and a deeper side with close to 2m, which was perfect for some diving. Giulia was very responsive from day one, she also organized some private chefs for us in the evening and gave us some recommendations on what to do around the house and lake Garda. In short, we might very well be back next year.

Giulia was sweet and approachable to all questions. She help us with anything concerning the house and facilities as well as questions about where to go in the area. She speaks great English and her suggestions were right on the button for what we needed

We were a family of 11, greandparents, children and grandchildren. We had a great stay at Giulia, the hous was perfect, Giulia is great and we are looking forward to come back again.

This Villa and Giulia were absolutely amazing! Super clean, nice interior, a kitchen which was more than fully equipped 🙂 It’s the best place to calm down and enjoy the beautiful hills around Lake Garda.

Wat een fantastische ervaring om hier onze familie vakantie te vieren. Een enorm ruim en sfeervol huis. Ook de buitenruimtes zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis en het landgoed worden geweldig goed onderhouden en de communicatie met Giulia is heel prettig. Kortom een echte aanrader. Onze hele familie (9 volwassenen, 1 baby en 2 honden) hebben hier genoten!

La villa è incredibile, ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole fino a 5 famiglie con bambini. Molto ben organizzato, ha una spaziosa cucina e un'ampia sala da pranzo. Il giardino è bellissimo. Giulia è gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima

Vi var 3 familier med barn på 6,8, 11,13,14 og 15 og hadde en fantastisk uke i huset til Giulia! Giulia svarer alltid raskt på henvendelser og er en veldig hyggelig vertinne. Huset er stort og det er rikelig med plass til 3 familier. Bassengområdet er flott med mange solstoler rundt. Ekstra pluss for bordtennisbord, bowlingspill og fotballbane. Stedet ligger vakkert til med en en enorm eiendom rundt. Kort vei til matbutikker med bil -ca 6 min og ca 10 min til Salò , en nydelig liten havneby med mulighet for et bad i Gardasjøen. Vi anbefaler dette feriestedet på det sterkeste!

Giulia's place is wonderful! We are a family of 12 who stayed for a week, and were amazed by the meticulously kept house and grounds, the amenities that made our stay unforgettable and Giulia is all you could wish for in a hostess - friendly, welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We highly recommend this villa.

Giulia was the perfect host! The location was an absolute dream and we have already decided on arranging a return. Everything worked perfectly and Giulia always checked in on us. Together with her assistant Lucia we were provided with SO much care. It was the best experience I have ever had with a vacation home and a host. 🙏

The Vila is 100% brilliant. Beautiful, clean and with any and all amenities you can think of. The owner is extremely nice, assisting at any time with any question and requests. The location is great. Only 5 mins drive from Salo. 25 mins from Desenzano del Garda and not far from Gardaland.
