High season (June to mid-September) – 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday
Max 14 adults + 2 children (0-3 y.o.)
Low season – 5 nights
Manor House & Dependance (max. 14 adults) or Manor House only (max. 8 adults)

Payment & cancellation
50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking.
Balance payment is required 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival – full refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival – 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival – no refund.

Where we are
The villa enjoys a truly privileged position. Immersed in nature and silence, it is still conveniently close to all main services, including restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more. In just five minutes by car, you can reach the charming towns of Salò, Puegnago, and San Felice, as well as the beaches of our beautiful Lake.
We are located about one hour by car from Milan Orio al Serio and Verona Catullo airports, and about two hours from Venice and Milan Malpensa. The nearest train station is Desenzano del Garda, approximately a 30-minute drive away.
Private transfer and car rental service are also available for your convenience.
